We had a wonderful relaxing and fun weekend with family. The house was spacious giving each person privacy. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating all together in the dining room.

For the past 5 years we have been traveling to the annual Clinch River Antique Festival in Clinton. Usually stay 45 minutes away but this year decided to look for something local. It was a wonderful choice. The home was within walking distance of the festival in a quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed & the house was great. Will stay there again.
Nice home in a quaint area. The house needed more amenities, I.e. more than one trash bag, soap in the shower. It is not close to Neyland Stadium and getting transportation was difficult.

Overall
The location wasn’t bad, seemed like an old sleepy town. However, the upstairs bathroom was not clean, nor did the water get hot. Also, the downstairs sink had water coming out the back of it.

The hot water issue was repaired and the downstairs sink fixed as soon as you checked out . Would have been happy to fix it during your stay if I’d have known . The house was cleaned by a cleaning service that time , it’s typically cleaned by the owner . If I had known about the issues , they would have been fixed .
House was amazing great time great space great neighborhood people locally invited us for fireworks and drinks kids were polite. Peaceful and relaxing. I’d buy the house if I was in the market again. The response time for any question I had was near instant even when I made a mistake the property owner manager was polite respectful and still led me in the right direction. We had fun and hope to stay there again in the future. Close enough to fun riding faraway enough from traffic and city bustle can’t wait to go back. Thank you!!! Will have to take the kids back next time wish it was pet friendly property because I’d love to take the dogs too if I could!

Property was not cleaned for our arrival. Items in fridge including medications. Crumbs on beds and edible packages in view. Purse left behind by owner made for uncomfortable situation. Limited to using one shower as other was not clean. Keurig machine not usable.

The house was cute and space was as described. Check in was easy. However, upon checking it was not clean and there was a fly and gnat issue in the kitchen. Trying to cook dinner the evening of check in dishes in the cabinets were visibly dirty, there was a lack of utensils, open baby wipes in with the cookware, rodent droppings in the kitchen and then spotted multiple rat traps loaded. The sheets in the queen room couldn’t have been changed because there was a toy baby bottle found in the bed under the sheets, dirty pacifiers on the floor under the kitchen table, the cleanliness of the fridge, microwave and shower was poor. We went and bought cleaning wipes and paper dishes. The responsiveness regarding concerns was poor and there was no follow up so poor communication. The house was cute and it could have been a great stay but I was very disappointed in the cleanliness with a thousand dollars spent for a weekend stay.
We were in town for the weekend, my daughter had a softball tournament in Oak Ridge. It was my two girls, myself, mother in law, sister in law, her husband, and their 1 year daughter. We all enjoyed it!! The house was beautiful, and clean! It was in a family oriented neighborhood. It was very nice and relaxing. The neighbors had kids, and that’s really the only noice we heard, the laughter of children running and playing! The only thing that my sister probably didn’t enjoy was the steep stairs, and her 1 year old wanting to climb them! But, she moved the pack n play in front of them, and made do!! Overall our stay was very peaceful and nice!! Would definitely stay there again!!
