Awesome house and just a short walk from all of the best stuff in Eureka Springs. Our hosts were very helpful and offered a lot of great information about the area. If you have a bigger group coming to town, I would definitely recommend this rental. A lot of sleeping options and areas to hang out, and the bar and kitchens are a great addition. Thanks!
Wonderful stay over Thanksgiving weekend in Eureka. The house has something for everyone and we loved the game room and outdoor area! Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful time staying here! Eureka Springs is full of fun and interesting things to do. The downstairs area was a perfect to hang out as a family and play pool, air hockey, and darts. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed the three units connected by the large rec room. Lovely backyard also and fun decor in all the units. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in town.
Great place. Lots of fun activities to do and walking distance to everything in town!
What a fun place to stay. I stayed here for New Year weekend and our group had a blast! Pool, air hockey, foosball, darts and industrial refrigerators for your drinks! Who could ask for anything more. Plus it’s walking distance to everything downtown, yet far enough away to be quiet at night.
We went to Eureka with our daughter and her boyfriend for her 21st bday. This was the perfect place for us to stay. We enjoyed hanging at the bar downstairs as well as the comfort of the studio upstairs. The host was very responsive and the keypad locks were easy to use.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The layout of the house is a little quirky but works great for groups—plenty of space to hang out together, plus separate areas for sleeping and downtime. The backyard is big and has a charming rustic vibe. It’s an easy walk to downtown, which was a huge plus. The rec room was our primary gathering location and we had a lot of fun hanging out there. Some comfy couches or chairs in the bar area would be a nice addition. Overall, a fun and unique experience—we’d definitely come back.
The house was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of space for everyone. The location was within walking distance to downtown Eureka Springs. We didn’t have to drive anywhere!
When we were at the house, we spent most of our time in the bar are or outside by the fire pit. Loved it!
Mom won the air hockey tournament! Close enough to the main downtown area to walk or catch the trolley in front of the property. Super fun. Good visual privacy but not sound privacy if you're traveling with people that snore or talk in their sleep (my entire family lol). We'll be back!
We booked the stay for my wifes birthday weekend. Weve come to eureka for a long time. We love staying at new places. This house was just what we needed. The kids loved the game room. The houses were clean. The decorations were so eclectic and artsy. The back yard was stunning with thr art and fire pit. Next time we will have to book it for an actual party.

Cool property, but not for kids.
The place is awesome with amazing potential. Unfortunately, the pictures weren't quite accurate. It used to be a bar, first of all. That would be okay, but it was also dirty. Dirty towels were still hanging and some sheets were not clean.

Great location, not very clean
Location was great, property was neat but strange layout. The main bedroom and the extra bed are directly next to each other with a half height wall and curtain for separation. You literally could not tell if the towels were clean or dirty as all were just hanging in the bathrooms. Directions stated that if you use the bed, leave it unmade and put used towels near washer. Leaving me with the question if all of it is washed after each stay. Overall it just wasn’t very clean. Our group felt between the layout and cleanliness, the place was over priced.

Charles- we would’ve appreciated a quick call or text to let us know you had some questions about the towels, bedding or anything else.
I can assure you 100% that our cleaning team washes every and all bedding, used towels and any other used linens after each stay.
It’s kind of bizarre that you might assume otherwise.
As far as your other review statements, we made it very clear in our description of the layout and openness of our place and the 3 units. We’re sorry for the confusion but simple communication would’ve saved the day and made for an easier stay!
Cheers~

This is a unique property and worked out great for participating in Blues Bikes and BBQ. The bar and rec room kept us entertained during nights and down times. The studio is cozy for sleeping. It's definitely a unique set up and apparently lots of history as well! It has the potential to be a lot of very cool things so glad we were able to stay there. Location is good, being right on main (but a pretty good walk to the bars and businesses). Things to be aware of: There is not much privacy in the bedrooms and there is one shower to share in the studio loft. We parked the bikes at the north end to keep them away from the sidewalk, but if both residential structures were occupied, parking could get a little tight. Overall though, it worked out great for our trip!
My (then) fiance & I rented this place for our wedding weekend. We stayed in the 2nd floor above the "bar" that has a walk-out porch. A couple of friends stayed overnight Saturday.
We got really excited when we were able to walk around & truly see the space. The downstairs is perfect for a gathering of family or friends, or in our case about 15 people from our wedding ceremony. Everyone had a great time playing the different games; all in good condition. There are two 1/2 baths downstairs in the bar space.
Outside there was plenty of seating. We were able to have a fire on Saturday evening thanks to the owners bringing us firewood (when I asked if we needed to bring our own) w/o any addl charge. It was extremely clean. No questionable leftovers from the last visitors. Upstairs was equipped very well with all the amenities. The key code entry system made it very easy for not only us but also our friends who helped setup the bar space. This place is just far enough past the hustle & bustle of Main Street to be quiet at 1:00 a.m. We could still hear some music from one of the bars up the street but it wasn't loud & it was almost like being out of town. The Art Colony's outside exhibits were nice to see. Overall it's in a great spot. Trolley stop 74 is literally in front of the house. The backyard is absolutely beautiful with natural stonework.
Excellent owners!
Hoping to rent again next year for a girls weekend, if I can organize them lol
This place was massive! We came with a party of 11 and everyone had somewhere to sleep. We enjoyed playing pool, air hockey and having fun in the bar/game area as a family. The place was also extremely clean. I never saw any roaches or bugs which is a HUGE plus for me as I’m terrified of certain bugs. I kind of figured it would have bugs as it’s an old home and it’s summer, but it did not! I believe that’s because it’s well kept. The place smelled great too. Overall, we all loved it and had a great time at Eureka on Main!
