This 3 bedroom ranch home features an octagonal in-ground pool, basketball court, fire pit, bountiful flower gardens, well manicured grounds, covered patio for outdoor dining and a game room with ping pong table. This home sparkles in every way. All Star Village is about a 15 minute drive to All Star Village.

Nelson House has a spacious sun room that looks out over the backyard and pool area. Recently renovated, the kitchen has oak cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and ample lighting. The owners provide a video library for children. And yes, there are pool toys and life jackets.

Nelson House is kept in immaculate condition - both inside and outside. It will not disappoint.

One well-supervised team party is welcomed.

Fantastic house and hosts!

The Nelson House was a perfect place to stay for our group. The location provides an easy drive to All Star Village, with restaurants and grocery stores along the route, which was very convenient given the crazy schedule. The hosts were so wonderful and responsive. Our week included some wild weather with rain and temperatures in the 40s, and the hosts came right away to get the fireplace up and running. The pool was perfect for having a few teammates over for some fun after the games. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay for CASV

This house was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts live next door and were available for any questions we had. The backyard and pool are great especially for a team party. I would highly recommend staying here for any family going to All Star Village.

Great experience!

Our family stayed at the Nelson House for my son’s Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. It was a fantastic experience staying there. Marie is super friendly and was always available for any questions we had. The house was unbeleiveably clean and the sunporch, fire pit and pool areas were also superb. Any family looking for a great place to stay when they are in the area….this is it.

Cooperstown Getaway

Spent a week during grandson's Cooperstown baseball tournament. Great place to relax, host a team party. very close to All Star Village. Owners are next door and willing to accommodate extra vehicles in their drive way. Cleans pool daily.

Amazing Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Nelson House. The kids as well as us adults loved the pool and spent every chance we had soaking up the sun in the water. Marie was awesome and kept in contact for anything we needed throughout the week. We will definitely stay again when our youngest son comes to Cooperstown!! ⚾️

This is an amazing house for a Cooperstown trip. We stayed here w two families and there was plenty space inside and outside. The unit was very well stocked. They had everything we needed. The house has a very cool layout and plenty of space to hang out near the pool. Kids loved the basketball court and huge yard. The host was amazing! Very easy to communicate with and very friendly. I highly recommend this place to all!

Beautiful well maintained home

I highly recommend Nelson house. The house is well-maintained and the owners are amazing with answering any questions you may have. There is plenty to do at the house with the pool, ping pong table and basketball court. My children stayed very entertained. Lots of stores close by for whatever you may need.

Perfect Place for Cooperstown Families

Great place for 2 families to stay during Cooperstown baseball week! It was less than 15 mins from ASV and easy to get to/from. Tons of space for everyone and pretty much everything was included you would need to be comfortable. We took advantage of the pool, fire pit, beautifully landscaped back yard and we even hosted our team for dinner and a swim and they loved the basketball court!! The host was very nice, helpful and responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend staying at Nelson House!!

Perfect cozy & fun house near ASV

The perfect home close to All-Star Village! It slept all 5 of us perfectly. My husband and I slept in the king bed. My two boys shared one of the queen beds, and my mom slept in the other queen bed. Our hosts Marie & Craig were great and so welcoming. The house had anything that you could need and more. The basketball hoop, the pool, and the ping-pong table entertained my boys the whole time. We loved the home so much, I highly recommend this place for sure 💗

So much to do at the Nelson House

We loved our stay. Marie the host was wonderful. The house had lots of towels, bedding, pillows, and kitchen staples. Marie has thought of it all. The boys weren’t with us too much because they were staying in the bunks but they loved the basketball court, pool, and ping pong table when they had some time off. We loved sitting outside each night with the fire pit. The backyard was our favorite part of the Nelson House.

Your home away from home

We stayed here for our grandson’s tournament at the Allstars field. Great location. The home was absolutely everything we could have asked for. When they tell you they have everything they mean it. All you need to bring is your personal items and yourself. Marie and her husband Craig (the owners) are the nicest people you will meet and wonderful host. They were right there if you needed anything. The house had so much room for our family of 7. Their yard with the pool and basketball court was amazing. The kids had a blast. Their yard is so well manicured with gorgeous flower beds. Sitting out in the sunroom looking out at the pool and flower gardens was beautiful in the morning drinking your coffee. I just can’t say enough about how great of a place they have. We will be back. You will love it. Thank you Marie and Craig.

Great house and property, well taken care of, very inviting.

We had such a great time at the Nelson house. Stayed here while our kids played at All Star Village (Week 7 Champions! So we say Nelson house was a good luck charm!) We came back to the house as often as we good. Siblings (and the adults) loved the pool, ping pong table and basketball court. The house was so well kept, and clean. They had everything we could need and plenty of space for everyone. Hosts were friendly and helpful, but also gave us plenty of privacy. Most of our friends who had rentals in the area were disappointed in what they got versus what was advertised. Our experience was the complete opposite, it was above and beyond our expectations. We can't recommend Nelson house enough (I say WE because the other parents I stayed with wanted to make sure we left a great review!) Book the Nelson House! You will not be disappointed!

The inside of the property is very clean and has everything you need. The owners of the house are incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. The outdoor space is amazing! The pool, basketball court and yard provided hours of fun for the kids and the landscaping is beautiful. Highly recommend staying at Nelson House!

This place was awesome.

This house was perfect for us. 3 couples and a high school student stayed there. There was only 1 shower but that did not interfere with us all getting ready for the games. The house was very convenient to get to the field. The Walmart for groceries was very close. The house had everything we needed, plenty of bath towels and pool towels. We were thankful that it was stocked with cooking spices. The high schooler loved having the basement to himself. The owners were easy to get a hold of. Would highly recommend this place. We loved it.
