Excellent location
This little property is in an excellent location, for someone looking to be a bit in the middle. We spent a day in Denali (North) and a day at Prince Williams Sound (south) and neither were too far away. (2-3) hours. Hatchers Pass is 10 minutes or so and absolutely stunning. Very clean!!! Comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Would recommend!
The location was great, quiet little neighborhood! Check in and check out was easy. It was dog friendly. It had a little fenced in area for a fur baby. Plenty of room for 2 people and a little Dachshund. I will definitely be staying there again! Would recommend!

Lovely stay
My family and I had a great stay at the Hatcher Pass house. The nearby pizza and coffee was super convenient and we enjoyed hiking in the area. It’s a short drive to Sutton where we took our son to a moto camp. The house was spotless, smelt super clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The washer and dryer was a plus. Check in and out was very easy and the neighborhood was clean, quiet, and peaceful. Other restaurants were just a 15 minute drive away. I’d recommend for a family with big kids or couple in the area.

About the host

Born and raised in Alaska with lots of family here as well. I have owned this property since 2018 when it was just dirt and trees. I now live a short distance from the property and can be available as much or as little as needed by the guests.

My husband and I enjoy fishing, snowboarding, hiking, snowmachining, and exploring the outdoors of Alaska!

Why they chose this property

I bought this property two years after high school and built my first set of investment home(s). I chose this land because of the location that is just not comparable. The Mountain Views, the short drive to the beautiful Hatcher pass area, and the government Peak recreational area are all reasons why I chose this property.

What makes this property unique

Walking distance from local coffee shops, gift shops, pizza, food buses, gas station, laundry mat, bar/grill, and more.

Minutes from the Skeetawk lift area and Hatcher Pass recreational area.
