You couldn't ask for a better location. Easy walk to the beach. Close to so many things. Easy in and easy out. The host was very prompt with any questions or concerns I had leading up to the trip and throughout our stay.Would stay again!

Sandy Toes was a beautiful home. Very clean and located close to the beach. Perfect size pool and very pleased a pool cleaner came twice during the week. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great place to stay

Location was amazing!! Quick walk to the beach, close to shopping and lots of food options. House was beautifully furnished and fully stocked with everything you need.

House was exactly the way it was described. Clean, Plenty of space for our group of 11 to relax and not be on top of each other. Beds were comfortable, plenty of dishes, pans, to cook with. We brought our own smaller griddle grill we used outside to cook on, however the house did have a big outside grill by the Tiki Bar for guests to use. The house has a outside shower to use to rinse the sand off from the beach and then the pool was a great bonus after a day at the beach. For a house that size it could probably use an extra dumpster for outside. The walk is a hop and a skip from the beach, literally about 4 houses down, walk the small length of the boardwalk and you are on the beach. The host answered promptly with any questions I had. We will definitely be back to Sandy Toes. Thank you for a great experience, The Nelson's

The location is great - super-close to the beach, close to everything the area has to offer, yet far enough away from the typical 30A hustle. The house had more than enough room for our party of 6. We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect Location

The home was really nice- the debit, size, and proximity to literally EVERYTHING! The TV at the Tiki bar didn't work which was disappointing and the sofa bed was comfy. All in all a very great stay!

Girls’trip

We were a group of women looking for a relaxing beach getaway, and Sandy Toes was perfect! Plenty of space, close to the beach and many other attractions. Communication with host was prompt and courteous! House was well appointed. Would definitely stay there again!

Fall Break Trip Review

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Sandy Toes. The house was within walking distance to the beach and the weather couldn't have been better. The house could use a little TLC, but other than that it worked for the six of us adults.

Sandy Toes was amazing!

Steps from the beach, Sandy Toes was a perfect location for our 2023 framily vacation! We were steps from the soft sand and beautifully colored waters of the gulf. The pool and tiki bar made for great evenings. The location was close to several great restaurants and shops. We could not have enjoyed our vacation more!
