Lots of SUNSHINE in this DIRECT OCEANFRONT south-east corner 3rd floor condo (yes there is an elevator) !! Amazing views toward the Jax Beach Pier from this corner end-unit with wrap-around balcony of nearly 40 feet! Lots of afternoon sun on the south-facing balconies too! Ocean views from every room...even the shower!
Remodeled in 2022... two new baths and beautiful new kitchen.
Comfy king-sized bed in Primary bedroom with new private bath with walk-in shower.
2nd bedroom with two (2) twin-XL beds and new bath with tub/shower right outside the bedroom door.
Tile floors throughout the entire condo.
WiFi included free.
Xfinity cable TV in LR; Roku in Primary; and Smart TV in guest.

You will love the laid-back, pedestrian lifestyle that is Jax Beach. Friendly locals and easy living. Everything is within walking distance from the condo. You really don't NEED a car to get around.
