Just listed! Our calendar is now open and accepting reservations. Be one of the first guests to book Ocean Villa 1. Our newly renovated Oceanfront Condo! This 2 bedroom condo is the perfect oceanfront vacation. Located ON the beach! You and your guests can enjoy salt air breezes all day long from the covered patio and from the beach. Take a stroll to the nearby restaurants or shops or stay in! The home is stocked with everything you need for a quick stay or an extended vacation.

Professionally decorated and includes all the necessary amenities. Oceanfront patio to take in the scenery and relax in the shade. The beach is your backyard. Step off the patio and take a few steps to the beach through your direct access.

A cozy villa perfect for small group and hosts up to 6 people. The main bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom and smart TV. The guest room has and two twins and a smart TV. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need for dining in. You just need the food! The dining table is a great spot to get some work done with views of the ocean.

Beach essentials are provided, so you pack your suit and sunscreen. You won't want to leave once you get here.

Looking to book for a bigger group? We also have Ocean Villa 2, upstairs to this villa, as part of our Ocean Villas booking. It also hosts up to 6.

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

Short Stay - Perfect

The only, only thing that would have made this better would have been some fluffly blankets for the couch. We made due with the spreads from the beds. Very, very nice and luxury decor that made it even better. I wish we stayed longer!

Clean and cozy Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and cozy condo. It was so nice to have a short walk to the beach. We appreciated the hosts having beach chairs and bikes for our use as well. We spent a lot of time in the enclosed porch. Thank you!

Steps from the beach!

Great location just steps from the beach. The condo has been renovated, and the kitchen is lovely. It is also situated near lots of restaurants and shopping.Everything you need is there and the lania is a nice place for breakfast or coffee. Loved the chairs! The bathrooms are a little weird as the sinks and mirror are built higher than in a standard bathroom. Aside from that, the condo is very comfortable and homey. The Loved our stay here.

Great Thanksgiving Weekend

Our family of 5 stayed here while visiting our son who lives in the area and had a fantastic time! The beach access was amazing and the property was clean, beautiful and the perfect size.
