This stunning 4-bedroom home features 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths, designed for comfort and effortless indoor-outdoor living. Unwind in the private hot tub while taking in ocean air, enjoy evenings around the gas fire ring—perfect for s’mores, or relax on the balcony with sweeping coastal views. After a beach day, rinse off in the outdoor shower before gathering in the expansive backyard with patio and lawn space ideal for lounging and play.

Located near the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and just one block from the popular Sunday Farmers Market, you’ll also be steps from excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and local markets. Beach access is a 5–10 minute walk via 14th Avenue. Please note: 15th Avenue is a quiet cul-de-sac with no public beach access.

The home is custom-built with high-end amenities you’d expect in a luxury beach property, including high-speed AT&T internet, perfect for remote work or streaming.

Got Little Ones? The balcony and stairs may not be suitable for small children. All ages are welcome at the renter’s discretion.

Pictures on the website does not fully describe how spacious, welcoming and pleasant amenities and the house interior are! Second floor offers a very special sunrise and sunset experience. This is a place where one can truly disconnect from Monday to Friday hustle. What makes it truly special is Renee (host) and her staff! A very good communication, overall hospitality and proper expectations is what one should expect from the host. Her going extra mile, caring and doing the kind thing is what we will remember from our stay. Our daughter lost a special earring given to her by an aunt who move away. The cleaning staff found it, gave that to Renee who in return return it to us. Thank you Renee once again for sharing your house and we appreciate your hospitality and kindness! Be well!

A Stunning home

We loved this home and wanted to stay longer than our 2 nights it was so perfect. The house is really stunning, the great room (kitchen/living room) has doors that open up which feels like you are inside/outside. Its beautifully decorated/furnished and has everything you need for your stay. Including boogie boards, beach cart etc. The owner was fantastic and made our check-in easy. Location is fantastic, one street over is access to the beach, its nice as you don't have all the cars coming down the street as a dead end so nice and quiet. Beach is 5 minute walk. Lovely Italian, taco, Hawaiian and Starbucks all within a few minutes walk. Would love and plan to stay here again.

I was so impressed, we take a family vacation every year. I always carry my own cleaning products with me. I did not need those here. The home was so comfortable! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fantastic! Beach was close. Views were gorgeous! I hope to return to this property in the future. Renee is a perfect host! Very helpful, and very concerned with our needs.

Amazing home - amazing location!

This rental was a home run for my family. The home is gorgeous and each bedroom is relaxing and unique for each of our guests. The kitchen was awesome to cook in and with views and large doors that open to the ocean - with the nights ending outside over the fire pit. Lots of beach toys and gear made the outside time fun and easy. We hope to be back soon!

Great Stay In Santa Cruz

It was a great house and fit all of us comfortably. It was a heatwave in Santa Cruz (over 100) but the house was nice when we opened it up. It is a short walk to the beach that we did a couple of times a day. I would recommend staying here!

Perfect property!

We were 3 couples who were here for a week to attend US Open. We could not have picked a better property, beautifully appointed with perfect amount of space, and lovely location with ocean views! We found we liked hanging here almost as much as attending the tournament! Would definitely rent again, and would be great fir bringing grandkids here too! Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, and the ocean view is amazing. The heating/cooling system could be better (gets too warm in day but no a/c, gets too cold in night but the radiant heat doesn't appear to work or at least we couldn't figure it out). But I'm not sure if those issues are specific to this house or typical of other houses in this area. Either way, we had a great time. Renee (the host) was super helpful and always responsive to text messages before and after our stay. Will definitely look to stay here if we visit Santa Cruz again!
