Our two bedroom and two bath unit is only steps to the beach as well as to two newer pools on Villamare grounds! The oceanfront view is spectacular! A recent update was completed including new flooring, new kitchen, new furniture and window treatments. There is new paint throughout the unit as well as a new air handling system.

Villa 1307 is on the third level of building one. We also own Villa 1302 which is also on the third floor and down the hall--very convenient for families or groups that require more space!

This villa is ready to be your vacation retreat. The family room has a comfortable couch that converts to a sleeper sofa with a full-size mattress, two large chairs, and a smart TV. The family room also has glass doors that open to a balcony with outdoor furniture for lounging.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features quartzite counter tops and newer appliances. There is a washer and dryer just off of the kitchen. There is a dining table with four chairs as well as bar seating for two just outside the kitchen.

The master bedroom suite has French doors separating it from the living area, a king-size bed, a spacious full bath with soaking tub, a TV and a balcony. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and also has a bathroom with a shower, a TV and balcony. All the bedroom furniture, mattresses and bed spreads have been selected by a professional decorator.

Villa 1307 is located near the front of Villamare which means your villa is near the beach, oceanfront pools, cabana, and sundeck. It's a short walk to the beach or pool from your third floor villa. There is an elevator for guests' use. There's also an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, barbecue area and exercise room exclusively for Villamare guests.

Great views and close to everything!

We have stayed numerous places in Palmetto Dunes over the years, and this unit was definitely one of our favorites. Exceptional views, very clean, and close to everything. Beds were very comfortable and property manager very responsive to questions!

Beautiful, spacious condo in a very pretty, central part of the island. The unit came with everything we needed and was immaculately clean! The beach chairs provided were a nice convenience and there are plenty of floats and boogie boards too.The only unfortunate point I have to make (and this is of NO FAULT of Theresa or her property manager) is that the resident below the unit is a heavy smoker and likes to puff away on the balcony. If you are bothered by second hand smoke, you will have to take cover inside until the air clears. Again, not Theresa’s fault…you can’t control what other people do! Despite that, we would absolutely stay at this property again!

Thank you for your kind words. Sadly, we cannot regulate smoking outdoors. Guests are never allowed to smoke in Villmaare condos, but they are allowed to smoke outdoors anywhere on Hilton Head Island. So sorry that you had to experience that annoyance!

Great Vacation

This was our second time staying at Theresa’s Villamare condo. It was every bit as good as the first time. The condo is well-equipped, has beautiful ocean views, great amenities, and is located in our favorite part of Hilton Head. We will plan to stay here again the next time we visit HHI.

Well equipped condo with beautiful ocean view, spectacular sunrise views, and a roomy balcony to enjoy it all. The location included outside grills, an adult only pool and hot tub, and a much larger pool area for families. In April 2026, they were heated. There is a wonderful picnic area that included a large fire pit to enjoy the evening.The condo itself has a very beachy vibe, is extremely spacious. It is on the third floor that help make the ocean views even more inviting. When we visited, the owner left fresh pastries for us to enjoy after our long trip to HHI from New JerseyLove this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Vacation on the beach

Our vacation at the Villamare was perfect. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach and sat by the pool during the day. Many fabulous restaurants close by. The condo was exactly as listed and management was responsive and available when needed. We would definitely return again.

Ideal Hilton Head Island Stay

We have been to HHI 5 times prior to this visit and this was the best place. Rental was well accommodated and middle island made it perfect to get around. Elevators and carts made it easy to load and unload. Covered parking was nice. Grounds well kept. Pool, grills, fire pit, adult only areas made for great fun

Amazing views

It was refreshing to find a property that the listing and pictures were just as they were advertised. The views were amazing and the the condo was well stocked with everything we needed and it was clean. Theresa was very responsive throughout the whole booking process.

Perfect!

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It is perfectly located just steps from the pool and the beach. It has all of the amenities that we wanted and was perfectly described in the description. Communication was also top-notch. We could not ask for more and would definitely return.

Spectacular View

We really enjoyed our stay at Villimare. The condo was newly remodel and was beautiful. It was very clean and equipped with everything you could need. The sunrise was spectacular over the ocean. What a wonderful way to wake up each morning! We can't wait to come back.

This is such a beautiful property with an exquisite view of the ocean. The adult "Serenity" pool is also right outside of this condo. The beds are comfy, the condo is very clean and this is the second year in a row that we stayed here because it feels like home.The kitchen has everything you will need for a week's stay and we were fortunate to have outstanding weather this week as well. I loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine every night just listening to the ocean. You won't find a better place to stay at Hilton Head and we can hardly wait to go back again next year.

Exceptional unit in fabulous location

We have rented this unit several times because we love it so much. The view of the ocean is exceptional. The unit is well furnished, very comfortable, and includes everything you need. The property manager is very responsive. We have stayed in many places in Hilton Head over the years, and this rental is our favorite!

Ocean View property

This condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. It has all the amenities you need. The ocean views are beautiful, as are the morning sunrises, sandy beaches and dophin sightings. Teresa has alsways been very helpful and quick to answer any questions. This is our second time staying here and plan to do it agian.

Great Villamare Condo

Everything about our stay at this Villamare condo was perfect. We love the Palmetto Dunes area and the location of this resort. We only had to get in the car twice to make larger grocery runs, but other than that, we biked and walked everywhere. Great ocean view from the condo and just steps away from the wide beach, pool, and hot tub. The condo was very clean and well stocked, including beach chairs and toys. We would definitely stay here again.
