Wonderful space, beautiful views of the lake and comfortable house. Plenty of space for three families and 5 kids to spread out and have some privacy.Host was very responsive to all our questions since we did not know the area well.

The house is wonderful. Large, well appointed and has two living rooms, so space to spread out if you have a large group. The owner was quickly responsive to inquiries. My only real issue is that the water off the dock is about 2 feet deep below which is 2 feet of muck. So, functionally, you can’t swim off the dock, and you definitely can’t jump in.

Hello Paul, Thank you for your review. I am quick to make sure everyone knows that the NATURAL SANDBAR is the place to swim. We furnish the free paddleboats and kayaks for that purpose. Only a paddle away. Just 50 feet to the sandbar. I am sorry you did not realize this. The oversized dock is for mooring the many boats that visit us again and again.

This home was the perfect accommodation for our large family vacation. We enjoyed using the paddle boats and kayaks to play on the lake. Plenty of space to pile in for a movie night, play cards and games with the kiddo’s and adults. Close to downtown for shopping and exploring Guntersville. Host was very nice, quick to respond and provided additional information on activities in the area. We will definitely use again in the future. Thank you Becky.

Had a great time during the stay. Had a small problem with main floor refrigerator. Cleaning staff left some linens in the downstairs that had soured, tried was them to kill the smell but the machine leaked all over the floor and never stopped.

Thank you, Michael. The washer has been replaced with a new washer. After a service call for the refrigerator it was discovered that there were too many cases of hot drinks put in on arrival. The refrigerator caught up but it was after the service call. .

The host was very responsive to our needs. They came by the night we checked in to bring us a new remote control for the living room TV. The layout was perfect for our crew. The house is in a great location close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. We had a really nice time hanging out with family!
