Sea Coast Gardens #2

Nice view of the pool and ocean. Nicely decorated and furnished well. Kitchen cabinet was broken and the chair on the balcony collapsed the first time it was sat on. Only 2 wristbands were furnished. Other than these complaints we really enjoyed our visit.

Construction was Awful!

The unit was overall nice on the inside. There are brown spots on the ceiling in the living room and wall in the master bedroom. The outside is the complex was very disappointing! Construction was awful especially the walkway to the beach. The construction workers were rude! Very dangerous areas did family due to construction.

Very nice unit right off the beach. We were traveling with our young children (5, 3 & infant) in late December and really enjoyed our stay. Lot of games stocked in the unit, and good space for a family. One of the reasons we booked it was that it had a heated pool that we were looking forward to using with the kids - the heater was broken during our stay so it was not usable given the time of year. There also was not beach access given the state of the beach area given prior storms that had come through. Obviously, these issues are out of the hosts hands, but it did feel a little misleading vs what was shown in the listing.

We really like the condo. I wish the patio door was more visible it had shutters on it. I wish the owners had taken out their personal belongs. Their was clothing in the drawers and other miscellaneous stuff. In the bathroom drawers their were tooth brushes and toothpaste and other grooming stuff. Maybe they should have a closet to put stuff in. I loved the beach pool was fine, until they turned off the heat the last week we were there. It was going to high 80's. Then it turned back to 70 degrees.
