When you're not on the beach, enjoy the game room full of activities to keep your loved ones busy, including a foosball table, basketball, and outdoor game equipment to play on the lawn.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Marvel at the contemporary decor, the eclectic color palate of furniture, and the fascinating light fixtures. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush furniture, carrying on great conversations with loved ones, and watching your favorite shows on the large TV in the living area. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. With four beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom, which boasts a four-poster Queen-size bed, a TV for private viewing, and a lovely en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Make memories that'll last a lifetime when you come to Cocoa Beach!

An outdoor shower is provided, please rinse off when coming back from the beach before entering the home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
