Vacation

We spent a week collecting shark teeth, hiking at various conservation lands along the Myakka River, and enjoying some other local parks. This home was conveniently located between Caspersen, Manasota, downtown Venice, and several different outdoor recreation areas! Very clean and well-maintained, lots of different kitchenware, coffee pods, plenty of shower towels and beach towels. Beach chairs available for use have handy backpack straps and zip pockets for carrying necessities. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed seeing lots of beautiful yard plants on our dog walks. We travel with crates for our pups and the bedrooms have plenty of space for setting up our dogs’ “bedrooms”! Shower water got hot quickly and stayed that way, AC worked great and kept us nice and cool after sunny outdoor adventures. We ate most of meals on the screened porch and saw many bird species during the day, and enjoyed listening to nighthawks and eastern screech owls at night. Adriana was a fantastic host and had quick, clear, and friendly communication from the moment I sent my booking request! She provided a guide with local suggestions and always responded promptly to any questions that I had during our stay. I would happily stay at a home she hosts any time!

South Venice home

We had a wonderful stay! This home is very spacious and comfortable. We were a short drive from downtown Venice and all the beaches. Adrianna was a great host. She promptly responded to questions and provided us with information about the area.

Perfect Home away from Home!!!

From the first message, our experience was wonderful. Our host was kind, patient and incredibly helpful. The home was comfortable, immaculately clean and well furnished. It was perfectly located in between several beautiful beaches. My husband, 2 small dogs and I felt so at peace in this neighborhood that we could truly relax. We will be looking forward to coming back to stay many more times in the years to come. Thank you for a truly wonderful vacation experience!
