Hi, We absolutely love Cape Canaveral and my husband has to travel there for work all the time (think space!) so we figured we should get a place we can work remotely while our kids enjoy the best public beach on the east coast of Florida. Why they chose this property
This little street is so unique in CC. It's the only private street and there is very little traffic or noise. The proximity to the beach, being just across the street sealed the deal for us - you can hear the ocean waves crashing and smell the sea. The house was completely renovated after we bought it so everything is new and lovely.
What makes this property unique
I love the private yard, where you have privacy and also can store things. Cooking in the backyard BBQ and eating under the stars is wonderful.
