Welcome to our modern beach house, boasting all the amenities you could ask for including 6 Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths (and a half bath outside!), a heated, salt water pool (with automatic cover!), BRAND NEW salt water hot tub for 5, a BRAND NEW 4 person barrel sauna, fire pit with adirondack chairs (4 adults, 4 children), table seating 10 (plus extra), large deck (with screened in area with both a ceiling fan and a heater for cooler months) with a grill and smoker, pizza oven, outdoor television for movie nights (spring-fall only), bocce court under string lights, and large landscaped backyard with herb garden and outdoor shower.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch, walk to our sweet community bay beach in minutes, use one of our bikes for a ride, or take the baby for a walk in the stroller provided. Use our electric bike with cargo and baby seat to zip to one of the nearby beaches or vineyards.
Stop into town (also 5 mins) and sample all of the local goods and restaurants, or visit one of the many farm stands.
In fall and winter months, visit any of the nearby farms for apple picking, pumpkin picking, or cutting down your own Christmas Tree! During the holidays, the vineyards are still open, many with live music and private igloos. Visit Santa's Christmas Tree Farm for ice skating, wreath making, wine sampling, s'mores, and meeting Santa (or the Grinch!).

House description:
Enter through the front door to be greeted by an open concept/living/dining space. The entire house was fully renovated in 2020 and has a Chef's Kitchen, brand new dishwasher, refrigerator with cold filtered water (as well as room temperature filtered system), and oven (with air fry!) - as well as everything else you'll need to create a wonderful meal.
Both indoor and outdoor dining tables accommodate 10 people, and there are two separate living areas - one with a couch, piano, and guitar where you can enjoy cocktails and charades. The other is a large den with couches and bean bags (and wood burning stove!) to fit the whole family for movie night. On the main floor you will also find a lovely and comfortable king bedroom, an office with desk and chair (as well as a full size bed), and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Venture downstairs to the finished basement where there is another office set up, a queen bed, a comfy couch and Television. There is also a full laundry room.
On the second floor you will find two master king bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom featuring skylights, a jetted bathtub and separate shower. This room also has a desk area for those that may need to work, as well as a chaise sofa, perfect for reading (and falling asleep!).
Down the hall you will find the other master king that includes a couch that can fold down into one king or two twins for sleeping. This room is perfect for parents who may have kids that want to sleep in the same room. It also shares a corridor with a baby's room (with blackout curtains) and another full bathroom (shower only). This wing of the house is perfect for families - it is also the most quiet area of the house.
In between these bedrooms, you'll find a triple bunk room (with blackout curtains) with a sliding barn door, and an amazing play area complete with train table, toys, and more books than you could hope for. All of our bedrooms feature high quality linens and extremely comfortable yet firm mattresses.
Outside on the spacious deck, in addition to the dining table, we have a screened in area with a couch for lounging, a ceiling fan and heat lamp, and in the spring through fall months, an outdoor TV for sports or movie nights. We also have a 6 burner gas grill with attached propane tank, and a Traeger smoker. In the summer months, you can also make use of our pizza oven, and dazzle your friends and family with your culinary skills.
On the lower deck, enjoy our brand new Hot Springs salt water hot tub, and brand new 4 person barrel sauna. Going back and forth between the two is a wonderful way to start the day (or end the night!). There are lounge chairs overlooking the pool as well as an outdoor shower (only spring through fall months). Take to the large yard and lay in the double hammock, pick herbs from the garden, or have a bocce tournament under the string lights. Sonos speakers run throughout the yard and deck, as well as most of the house.
Enjoy 5 adult bikes (2 with baby seats), a smaller boys bike, and a girls bike and a bike our 4 year old uses. We have 10 beach chairs, an umbrella, two pop up cabanas, and two carts for transporting chairs and toys. There are also multiple baby tents and a beach puddle for little ones. Feel free to use our trailer that can attach to one of the bikes to bring more gear or a cooler (provided) down to the beach. Also for use is a jogging stroller, stand up paddle board, a single kayak, and double kayak with 2 adult life jackets and two children's.
Extra baby mini crib, pack and play, high chair, booster, potty, etc are available upon request.
