Come relax in the heart of Playa del Carmen in this newly constructed (2019) 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo. This luxury DK05 condo is right off 5th Ave (the famous "Quinta Avenida"). This side of 5th is quiet at night and is home to some of the best restaurants in Playa. Enjoy the rooftop pool with a cocktail, or take a short walk to multiple beach options both public, and of the more private beach club (pay for your spot) variety.

This accommodation is amazing, completely new and very well decorated, suitable for 5 guests, it has 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen. Everything you need to spend an excellent vacation. It is also super well located blocks from 5th avenue which makes it very convenient.
