This 4 bedroom house is an updated old farmhouse located on the most beautiful road in Harpersfield, Ohio. This farm has 32 acres of grapes with a fishing pond, beautiful scenery, and a farm house that is very comfortable. The area has so much to do- 20 wineries, 17 covered bridges, Lake Erie, Geneva-on-the-Lake vacation land, antique stores, the SPIRE institute, The Grand river, and many restaurants to visit. Come get away and relax at VineView Inn.

My husband and myself have worked 100 acres of vineyard for the last 40 years. This farmhouse was my husbands home as a young boy. He with his parents and brothers worked this farm. They sold it in 1967 and it came up for sale in 2007 so we thought that with our three daughters and son in laws help, we could make this endeavor a dream come true.

Why they chose this property

We have other cottage rentals at Geneva-on-the-Lake and have enjoyed meeting people and their families from all over The United States. We thought this farm house would be wonderful for the people who come to our many wineries in our county.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful view and quiet farm land, fishing, wineries close at hand, vactation land and Lake Erie just seven miles away. Specialized, seasonal meals available on request.
