The house was located only a half mile or so from downtown Fruita, was verry clean and well stocked with necessary items. The bedrooms were of a good size with comfortable beds, though the 3 bedrooms are upstairs with one of two bathrooms upstairs as well. I'd stay here again.

Great Experience

The property was exactly as advertised, very clean and cozy. I had a couple questions and ended up needing to extend our stay. The property manager was very easy to get hold of and helped with everything. Would recommend to anyone.

We like the location because of the location to downtown - Just 3 blocks from coffee, dining and pubs. The huge backyard very nice with green grass and fully fenced. The kitchen flows and is wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. The outdoor patio is also super convenient!
