We chose The Lakes because it’s a quiet residential pocket with easy access to I-95 and Kings Bay. It’s peaceful (tucked into cul-de-sacs), but you’re still close to groceries, restaurants, and quick day trips to the coast and St. Marys.
What makes this property unique
It’s the best of both worlds —quiet cul-de-sac setting, but close to everything. Inside is updated and comfy, and outside you’ve got a fenced yard, grill, and firepit for relaxing evenings.
