As the owners of this condo, my wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed everything Kawaii has to offer from this ideal location. Simply enough, we would like to share this unique oceanfront opportunity to spend the holiday in paradise.
Why they chose this property
Location, location, location.
Watching the sunrise from the balcony as it rises over the ocean, while listening to the crashing waves upon the adjacent beach is, without a doubt, the best way to enjoy a cup of coffee and start your day. It’s a uniquely glorious experience that’s only available from this direct oceanfront view (literally less than 50 yards from the ocean with no obstructions). I never miss it.
Central to everything on this small island is a plus too.

It’s a uniquely glorious experience that’s only available from this direct oceanfront view (literally less than 50 yards from the ocean with no obstructions). I never miss it.

What makes this property unique
The Pono Kai Resort is located directly on the Pacific coastline (one of the few resorts with immediate access). You can literally walk out your door and start walking along the coast or take a swim in a matter of minutes. Superb location for relaxing days lulled by the sounds of the ocean (and occasional rooster call).
Easy access to all the island has to offer including nearby beaches, waterfalls, and mountains - breathtaking scenery only available here.
Accessibility is top-notch. There is handicap access to the elevators and paved walkways throughout the resort including a paved trail along the coastline. Very unique to the Pono Kai and they made especially easy to access.
The views from the balcony from dawn to dusk are priceless and the unit is very affordable.
Onsite concierge services make the experience even more enjoyable and welcoming. You’ll find the Pono Kai staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Numerous on site amenities like the pool, barbecue areas, fitness room, tennis courts, putting green, the adjacent paved biking/hiking/walking trail, all make this experience fit you and your family’s unique needs and interests. In a nutshell, there’s something for everyone.
