Parking was easy with zero issues. We walked most of the time. We felt safe walking at night to St. Charles BLVD. It was better than staying in a hotel!
Perfect for one person or a couple. Close to everything. Responding promptly. I would definitely stay again!

The space was a great size for two people. We appreciated how clean the apartment was and had no issues with the code/getting in to the apartment. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen had a large variety of spices and essentials. We really loved have the Brita and a full sized fridge. The location was very walkable to one of the trolley lines and a few bars/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
This is a nice little property, and the stay was very quiet. Loved the offstreet parking. Someone looking for a nice Garden District stay will eeally enjoy this property.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. It was easy to get where we wanted on foot, in the bus that stopped across the street, or on the streetcar just a few blocks away. There were several good places to eat close by, with helpful recommendations from our hostess.
This was a small but tidy and well-equipped bnb. I appreciated the onsite parking and felt safe in the area. The owner responded quickly when contacted. I would definitely stay there again.
This apartment is just a short ride to all the action near Canal Street.. we booked an upstairs unit with free parking. It's a comfortable 1 bedroom, plus living room/kitchen with TV and Wi-Fi, and a quick walk to St. Charles St. Streetcar line.
This was a perfect location and excellent service and communication. Owner was very responsive to some specific needs. We will definitely choose to stay here again.

Place is cozy and very clean. Just like in the pics. With all the necessary stuff included. Easy to check in, and the parking right up front was nice touch. Fairly close drive to Bourbon street. Will def stay here again.
We found our unit very clean, well stocked, everything working properly. Its art depicted local culture which was fun. Samantha, the manager was right on cue with all our information and immediately responsive to any questions. The area was typical NOLA. Off street parking was a big plus. We would stay there again

Everything was clean and communication was easy with the host. It was a quick walk to the main area. There's some great places to eat in the area and the street car is convenient. Along the walk some of the streets had quite a bit of trash, but overall the stay was excellent. It was also nice to have our own parking space available.
I was in town for a law conference and picked this property because it was a short drive. The owner was excellent and accommodating. The unit was wonderful and gave a nice relaxing vibe. Anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again..
This property is the perfect reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter! Sam was an incredible, friendly host and was such a pleasure to work with. The apartment itself is so cute and comfortable, the decor is adorable and that bed is comfy as hell! Next time I’m in town I would absolutely stay at this property again. This place was very affordable and right on the edge of the Garden district. My husband and I were able to walk to the Garden District, the WWII museum, Lafayette Park, and even the French Quarter. Walking allowed us to take in all the sights! There is a Wal-Mart near by (5 minute drive). We also found many restaurants and bars in walking distance. We very much enjoyed our time. The unit was clean. It was perfect for the two of us.
