This is a scam

Do not book this property!! It’s a scam company and when I received my check in instructions, the address changed to this alley shack! The house next to the property was condemned I guarantee no one has ever stayed in this shack. There were sandbags all around the front door and obvious water damage. When we entered it was not even close to as described. It’s a small unit maybe 600 ft and that is generous. The toilet is in a closet and the door cannot be closed when someone is in it. There was mold and several dehumidifiers. There were flies and nats throughout. We quickly knew we could not stay and had to book a much larger and more expensive property. We reported this LLC to the Colorado Springs Better Business Bureau. We had a friend in real estate in Colorado Springs who said the area the property is located in has a high homeless population and not an area you want to be in after dark. When we left, we did see several homeless encampments. Do Not Book

Little Cottage

I enjoyed my stay at this cottage, it is exactly as described. The host was outstanding and kept in contact with me. I would recommend this place for 1 person to a couple. It's definitely within walking distance to a few fast food places and closed to local restaurants.
