Easy access to downtown. Parking available. On a fairly busy street but it quieted down at night. The rooms and amenities are a nice size and are pretty basic. Bathroom is small and didn’t seem clean. Bed in larger bedroom sags and mattress should be replaced. The kitchen is nice, with a stocked Kurig and filtered water in the fridge. Appreciated having the fans.
Easy check in/check out process and great communication. The place comfortably slept 4 adults

Disliked: Check-in, communication
I would not recommend staying at this location or with this host. Host was not responsive and did not share check in instructions until multiple messages, calls, and escalations with VRBO support. Despite a later check in time of 4pm, this kept my family waiting outside of the listing for an additional 22 mins with no clarity or responses. After the escalations with VRBO support the host eventually shared the check-in instructions late, and not even an apology or clarification. To make things worse, the unit was disappointing. The bathroom tub had dirt and stains, and the beds were sagging and uncomfortable. Absolutely not worth the cost of the unit that was paid.
Had a great weekend away - and this property was perfect for it! Alexis was responsive and helpful. Enjoyed the ability to stay in, work, and relax while being in close proximity to everything Redmond has to offer.
Clean and simple. Nice location in safe suburb of Seattle. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Private with good parking. Could use a small microwave.
The house is on a busy street but we didn’t hear traffic at all plus there was plenty of parking on site
The interior is very nicely decorated it’s obvious the owner wanted to provide the renter with a comfortable setting Fluffy towels , bed linens quality great, very comfortable mattresses Cleanliness was over the top
Everything was amazing except for the spiders. The unit is spacious and airy. The kitchen has everything we needed to make coffee and eat leftovers. Nice walk to downtown and RTC. Host was incredibly accommodating of our early arrival.Only issue was the addition of spiders the second night. Daddy long legs and smaller ones in the bathroom and living room.
Specialize in single family home construction. Passions include wine tasting prefer a nice merlot but a Cabernet is a close runner up. Spending time on the water from paddle boarding to racing jet skis. Getting off paved roads as much as possible weather it be through hiking or pitching a tent on a mountain side the scenic view is key.
