Location is amazing. Had to bring everything for my twins as rental does not have high chairs and cribs. Other than that, we loved our stay!

Grandma's old place

This place is begging for some renovation. Everything is super old, but owners are being cheap on everything and are charging same premium prices as everyone else who actually renovate their properties. We just decided on a 1 week vacation last minute, and there's a reason this was still available last minute. But it's close to the beach, across the street...

Chataeu Le Mer is delightfully low key for Destin. Bobbies condo just as depicted. Comfortable, well equipped kitchen, and quick walk to the beach. Not exactly luxurious but I didn't expect it to be. Enjoyed the patio out back.

Beautiful Condo with Great Location

Condo was extremely clean and comfortable. No issues with any bugs as stated in other review. It's on the ground level with a nice back patio with a large green space. We loved that we were right across the street from the beach access and could ride our bikes anywhere. We didn't need to drive anywhere the entire trip. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have 2 sets of towels so I didn't have to do laundry. We had to share a wash rag. Bring your own trash bags, TP, and paper towels. Overall a lovely place to stay and we would book again!

When the exterminator came by he found no roaches or any sign of them. All the guest prior to your stay and the guest this week have had no issues. My housekeeper is one of the best in town and the past reviews state how clean this condo is.

Very good experience! The listing did not mention AC but fortunately it was there! Kitchen very well equipped. I would only mention that we would have appreciated kitchen and toilet paper (we had to buy it) and hand soap. Nice king mattress. No linens for the pull out sofa, but I had brought mine.

Very nice place to stay for the price. Unit was directly across street from beach with private access to beach. Is a little dated but nice and very well kept. Also has nice large back yard area that kids enjoyed while taking breaks from beach. Would definitely recommend staying here.
