We had a lovely stay at this cabin! It was very cozy and was as described. We enjoyed the local food and activities as well. The porch swing was our favorite place to hangout! We also appreciated the fenced in yard for our dog.
It was overall very nice. Host answered in a timely manner, instructions were easy for checkin in & out. Clean, simple accommodations. Coffeemaker with coffee provided! The only thing I would change are the sheets; they are very poor quality microfiber. I would go again, but bring my own :)
We rented the Cabin for 2 weeks to get out of the heat in the valley. It was beautiful up there, great location nice and quiet. The cabin was clean and comfortable we enjoyed our stay. We spent most of our time sitting on the porch and watching the wild life, we even had kittens come to visit us. I would recommend this cabin for a great getaway. It was wonderful and we would like to book it again in the future.

My partner and I stayed at this lovely little cabin to celebrate our anniversary and it was amazing! The cabin itself is so cute, cozy, and super close to lots of fun shops, restaurants, and nature! We even got to see a few elk! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, relaxing getaway from the city!
Host posted that the cabin sleeps sixBeds were all broken and very hard with dents making it very uncomfortable. I left with back pain to the point of needing a chiropractor. Then he tries to send me a bill for extra charges for his crappie bed! NEVER AGAIN SHOULD BE THE NAME OF THIS HOUSE!!!
Really great place to stay in the mountains amongst the pines. They really take care to make sure you have everything you would need. Kids utensils and plates, puzzles, games, movies. Our family of 4 with two kids had a great time
Loved the area with elk roaming thru neighborhood. The covered back porch with swing and patio furniture was wonderful. Furniture and bed were so comfortable it felt like home. Roku was a plus. Roomy kitchen and eating area. So much we loved about this house!!!

The property in Strawberry is very nice & we are enjoying it. However, we feel we deserve a refund of our cleaning deposit & that you may wish to hire a more thoughtful cleaning company asap. We have taken these pics to share with you. Finding these issues have been unpleasant. We also have found the need to rewash prior to using all the utensils/dishes because of buttery grease on a lot of the flatware, dried BBQ sauce on the backs of several plates, and a general uneasiness after finding BBQ sauce and gravy? globs on the sticky kitchen table. So, we just keep reusing our cleaned items & not using the rest. Dealing with this makes us disappointed after having a perfect VRBO in Cocoa Beach. .
Owner claimed he would set up a refund of cleaning fee, but never followed through and ghosted us. Not happy with that.!
Very nice and clean. Loved being in the woods. My only comment is I would like longer chains on the fans so I could turn off and on the lights and fan for short people like me. I know we are having excess heat so the swamp cooler couldn't keep up so it was very warm. The blinds don't pull up anymore. Otherwise very very nice

Why they chose this property
Our home away from home. When we need to relax and recharge in the pines we head on up! The elk come through regularly and visit. We love to be nestled in the pines with a breeze and a star filled sky in the evening. We purchased this cabin because we fell in love with the area and wanted to offer the relaxation to others as well.
