Very nice accommodations. Quick reply's from hoist. Very well appointed. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice quite neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice Wilmington home

What a place to stay! Our favorite rental in Wilmington. Been several times for our student at UNCW, and this house is the best!

Magical Christmas

Wow! I am at a loss for words! Our stay was magical. Christmas is my favorite time of the year, and the warm, festive Christmas decorations along with the beautifully decorated tree was astounding. Our son proposed to his fiancé in front of the Christmas tree. The property was very clean, and easily accessible. All of the rooms were very spacious, and the game room was an hit among our kids. The host was very handsome and friendly. We would definitely book again if we’re ever in the area again.

Excellent stay

Beautiful property!! Proximity to various beaches and UNCW is fantastic. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. We were highly impressed with the cleanliness and Wi-Fi speed. We were able to both take zoom calls at the same time with no issues. Looks like excellent supply of beach gear. Super comfy bed, interior decor was superb…we will look to book this one again in the future!
