Renovated One bed/bath w office in Seminole Heights

Enjoy this fully updated apartment conveniently located to most everything Tampa has to offer. Located in the heart of Seminole Heights which is 5 minutes from downtown Tampa and nationally recognized for great restaurants, microbrews, just also minutes to Ybor city, Busch Gardens, the zoo, aquarium, the new Riverwalk area... Walk to a microbrew, sushi restaurant, an outdoor entertaining venue, grocery stores and strategically located in the bay area. Busch Gardens is 10 minutes away, Disney 1 hour, best beaches 30-45 mins, waterfront bars as close as a few mins away (on the river and then downtown)...

This is a very nice and fully renovated apartment. It has one bedroom but another room with an office desk and daybed. The open living room has a high top dining table and couch with electric reclining. It's all been nicely done and the kitchenette is nice but not full featured as it does not have a stove/oven but a portable burner can be used and an air fryer provided upon request. This is best suited for those who are out and about enjoying what Tampa offers and not sitting back being home bodies. It is very comfortable and cozy.

Off the back of unit is an upper patio with pool table and the ability to sit outside and relax. This is a detached structure from the main house and part of a large property (for the area) so are well removed and isolated from the main house and also features a private entrance. There's also a washer and dryer that can be used but is shared and can arrange to use an outside grill or don't be surprised to be invited for dinner and/or drinks during your stay!

We've been hosting and visiting STRs for many years and feel this is a nice unit for the right situation (a couple looking to enjoy the area and wanting a good 'strategic' location).

Finishing a 4 year project

In the 5+ months that I stayed the experience was extremely nice and will probably stay again. The only distressful part was the 5 months of road construction 18 feet, 12 hours a day in front of the place. Both Karina and David are wonderful hosts.

Best Stay I’ve had in a very long while!

David was amazing and helped with every step of the process! The house itself is beautiful and very spacious and extremely clean. There was everything you could’ve needed and I loved you being able to see his dogs in the morning, who always gave me a warm welcome. The location is perfect since it’s 10 minutes from downtown Tampa, and there are quite a few locations close to it for food and grocery. If I return to Tampa, I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Everything I needed

The host was great at staying in contact and his communication was stellar. I’m handicapped and he helped me bring my belongings in which I really appreciated. A newly renovated apartment that felt like home

We were taking our daughter to the Univ of Tampa and didn’t want to stay in the city again. The rates were doubled and it’s just too crowded for us. This was a great option for us. Very nice apartment, friendly host and close to all areas of interest. Thanks David for making us feel comfortable during a very nervous time!!! Our best, R M AND L!!!
