Bring your bikes and ride the bike path to Woods Hole! Drive 15 minutes to Mashpee Commons or downtown Falmouth to explore the charming local shops and restaurants.

With 5 spacious bedrooms, 5 ½ baths and multiple comfortable living spaces, this home is perfect for family gatherings! The third floor bedroom has one king and two twin beds, in addition to an ensuite bathroom. Walk through the garage and up a private set of stairs to the fifth bedroom, which has one queen bed, three twin beds and a half bath. Another full bathroom is located at the bottom of the private staircase.

The Seascape community has tennis courts and two additional private association beaches.

Sheets are provided. Renters should bring their own bath and beach towels.

Lovely Cape Cod Home

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home in the city of Falmouth. The water views are spectacular and the private beach area was a big hit for all ages. The home is well maintained and spacious. Very clean. The owner was very responsive with any questions or concerns. Highly suggest a day trip to Chatham and highly recommend this property. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous house and location

Our reunion of 10 friends was a wonderful time in this beautiful and spacous house, far nicer than the Cape Cod house we all used to rent when we were in our 20s. Even nicer than the photos--the bedrooms are large, all of them very nice, lots of different seating areas dowstairs, and the beach! Right at the end of the lawn. Very well stocked kitchen (except for lack of lobster claw crackers. We left one behind). Everything spotless. Highly recommend this house for reunions or multiple families.
