We had a fantastic stay. The property was clean, well presented and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pans, crockery, utensils, etc. The kids absolutely loved the pool and games room.The site itself is lovely and quiet, and well maintained. The location was ideal — less than 10 minutes to Disney property. Universal and SeaWorld were around 20–30 minutes away. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby, along with Walmart, Target, etc.All of our contact with the host was excellent. They were very quick to respond and always helpful whenever we had a question.We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic, and the property manager's prompt assistance was great! Having king beds in most of the rooms was ideal for our group. One suggestion would be to get better outdoor furniture, as most of our time was spent outside, and it wasn't the most comfortable, but it didn't hinder our wonderful stay. We would definitely book again!

Nice big house for family vacation

The house was nice and clean, a lot pool towels. The owner of the house was really communicative.

90th Bday Celebration

Family reunion for mother's 90th bday. We rented 3 homes in the community. Community pool area was a great place for all to meet up.

Last minute getaway

Great location, lovely house and clubhouse. Unfortunately the pool/hot tub heater at the house did not work. The owner was very accommodating and rectified the situation. The game area was a hit! Highly recommend. Will definitely visit again.

Spring Break Family Disney Vacay

The good things: House was beautiful. Just like the pictures. Location is great and super easy to navigate to and from Disney. The management was fantastic. Anything we needed I could text the manager and she would help; same with the owners. The baby stuff available was fantastic. No worries about sleeping for our toddler or a highchair. There were even car seats available if needed. Saved a lot of hassle with either bringing it or renting. We had some issues with how hot it was and the owner was very accommodating with lowering the AC. Some things that could improve: the kitchen could maybe get sprayed for the little bugs. We know it’s Fl but there was quite a lot of them. There are not enough towels. The kitchen towels are not absorbent which made drying dishes tough. And not enough bathroom towels. The pool area was dirty. The floor had so much dirt on it our feet were muddy. Extra trash bags/toilet paper would be helpful as well. Overall it was a good stay. We loved all being together comfortably.
