Welcome to Cedarbay Hideaway, 1.5 blocks to the beach at the peaceful southern end of the Villas, the best-kept secret at the shore. We have everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation inside (luxury linens, locally made bath products) and outside (pool, firepit, bocce court). And best of all, we're just seven minutes' walk to the water. Fish, kayak, walk the dog on the quiet beach during the day, then return for spectacular sunsets every night. (Please note: 6-night minimum booking applies mid-June through Labor Day weekend, check in Sunday, out Saturday).

We loved our stay at Cedarbay Hideaway! The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The bay beach was peaceful and relaxing and the house is a short drive to other Cape May attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

The home was absolutely beautiful. Fully stocked with incidentals you would not normally get in a rental. Outside was beautiful & the pool was clean & wonderful. Adam was super responsive & checked in to make sure everything was ok & that was much appreciated. 5 stars for sure!

Best home I hv stayed in in Cape May area

Beautiful home, super comfortable. Has literally everything you need for a terrific time. From bed linens, plenty of towels, all house hold supplies , games, bocce, ping pong, biking , etc it’s all there! Pool was super clean . We would definitely stay here again!

We truly cannot say enough good things about our stay. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Adam was an incredible host — extremely kind, attentive, and quick to communicate, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. You can immediately tell how much care and thought he puts into his home and his guests.The house itself was absolutely immaculate — spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt intentional and well thought out, from the layout to the small luxury touches like the custom bathrobes, which made us feel so welcomed and at home. It honestly felt like a high-end retreat rather than just a rental.The location was perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the area without any hassle. One of the most meaningful parts of our stay was that Adam allowed us to bring our dogs when no one else would due to their size. That kindness alone set this place apart and meant more to us than words can express.We were beyond happy with our stay and so grateful for the experience. This was truly one of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever had. We will absolutely be back and cannot recommend this property — or Adam as a host — enough to anyone considering staying here. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You won’t regret it.

Peaceful solitude!

I loved this home!! It was clean, comfortable and cozy! From local soaps and shampoo to a variety of teas, this was the perfect home away from home. My dog enjoyed the fenced in yard all the way around the perimeter. They just put in a pool that wasnt finished yet. (The weather was too chilly to go swiming) Only a block and a half away from a perfect, dog-friendly beach! We will definitely be back!!

Cedarbay Hideaway Is a Hit

Everything about Cedarbay Hideaway was welcoming and intentional -- from the detailed emails sent by Adam to the decor and especially the welcome snacks, kitchen supplies, sheets, towels, soaps, shampoo and body wash so thoughtfully provided. Our family of five -- from 8 to 70 years old -- was most comfortable. Adam returned texts immediately. Restaurants in Villas are fewer in number but excellent, and less expensive than ikn Cape May proper. Highly recommend Olive Branch. Also Kevin's for a mani-pedi if you need them.
