This large 3800 square foot home, is newly furnished, with all comfortable memory foam mattresses to properly recharge while on vacation. The home has been remodeled and all new appliances just installed. New refrigerator, washer/dryer/and range/oven with airfry. Synthetic grass in backyard. 5 minutes to Six flags Hurricane Harbor, and hiking is walking distance, or 1 minute drive, Peoria sports complex about 8 minutes away. High speed internet, and large smart TV's throughout. excellent location, and close to travel to spring training in minutes as well. Remodeled bathrooms, and granite throughout.

Great place to relax after a long day of competition.

We are a High School Robotics team consisting of 10 students and 4 adult mentors. We find that the team is able to relax and eat meals together after a long day of competition. It is easier for the mentors to keep track of everyone without the hassle of eating out or multiple hotels rooms. The house was beautiful and clean. My suggestions are to have more "user friendly" amenities (plates, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc.) Also, if you are going to have sofa couches then offer extra blankets and pillows. Luckily, we always have the kids bring sleeping bags just in case.

Clean but needs some up keep

The house overall was ok but there are a few things we didn't like. We couldn't use the garage. There was no dishwasher soap. There's only one kitchen towel. The kitchen knives were very dull. The upstairs bathroom door didn't lock. There were some loose tiles in the master bathroom and near a bedroom upstairs. There isn't much comfortable sitting room. There are 3 dining tables and only two couches. For us, it served is purpose because we were just sleeping there. But I wouldn't stay there again.
