No walking to the beach and bad information flow

It is not possible to walk to the beach, although the description says "walk to Shipyard or Coligny Beaches". It is too far to walk (1.3 and 1.6 miles distance). This was a big problem for us because we rented this house exactly because it was saying that we could walk to the beach. You had to take the car and the parking can be difficult. The second problem was communication. It took 2 days for them to answer if there were extra sheets and there weren't. We lost the hope for an answer and had to buy new sheets just for a couple of nights. We asked for late checkout and guess what, the answer was too late! Other than that, the house was in good shape.

Very comfortable!

This property was very nice and comfortable! Very clean other than the pull-out couch had Doritos in it when we pulled it out. Other than that, the check-in and check-out processes were very simple and easy, and the beds were SO comfortable. We were there for the weekend, but were only supplied two dishwasher pods and two trash bags. We ended up just running the dishwasher twice and buying more trash bags. The location was pretty and quiet, and we had plenty of parking. It always felt very safe. The bathrooms were very nice, but the only mirrors were the ones above the sink. The property could probably use a full-length mirror somewhere. We had four girls and had plenty of room. It can theoretically sleep six people, but it would be really crowded. We had a great Bachelorette weekend with the four of us! We cooked multiple meals in the kitchen, and everything worked perfectly. Overall, we loved our stay!

The property is comfortable, clean, well stocked kitchen and killer back porch!... but still needs some updating ,fixes and an attitude adjustment on the house managers part! Need written instructions on how to use the living room TV...very confusing! No grill...so disappointing we had to go buy one! No garbage bags!!! Also not enough TP, PT's and soaps for 2 week stay. Says sleeps 6 but only seating for 4 at a very small dining room table, The light over it needs a dimmer switch so you don't have to unscrew bulbs. Better yet install a ceiling fan in all first floor rooms including kitchen. Leave general cleaning supplies we were there 2 weeks and needed them. Good H/D blender needed as well. Only 2 old rusty outdoor dining chairs one of which the bottom fell out on when my husband sat down. The ceiling fans upstairs need remotes so you don't have to get out of bed in the dark to adjust. The master fan needs secured better to the ceiling. The window in the guestroom won't stay open on its own. More towel bars hooks needed upstairs or just install some hooks on the back of all doors and in the hallway at the top of the stairs Wall mount the TV's in the bedrooms so guests can use the tops of their dressers and add a full length mirror somewhere upstairs. These little fixes will make everyone's stay more comfortable and enjoyable!

Mom's B-day girls weekend!

We had such a good time on our girls weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday! The townhouse unit was perfect! Kitchen and main living on the bottom floor, bedrooms and full baths upstairs. It was a corner unit right on the golf course. Sat on the back porch and drink coffee in the morning, sad around in the living room and drink wine at night! The place was decorated so cute and above well average! It had great pillows to sleep on and nice, comfortable beds. We cooked dinner one night and ate out the other two. No spices or oils, so bring yours when you come. Otherwise, we had everything we needed! No icemaker, bring a bag if you like a lot of ice. We managed fine with the trays. Wasn't close enough to the beach to walk, but just a short drive. Well, my mom is too old to walk to the beach... We went to a lot of thrift shopping and consignment stores! And all decided to make this an annual girls trip!
