Carolyn was great! She kept everything clean & neat, took care of garbage and always communicating with the host. She is welcome back
Anytime; Highly recommended to other hostess.
The upstairs neighbors do make a little noise. But I felt safe there.

Thanks, Marty, for your review. I apologize for the noise. I understand that a disabled child visits that family occasionally. I wish I could do more about it, but when it comes to disability, there’s not much I can change. Thank you very much for your stay and for taking good care of my property.
My fiance and I stayed here while attending a conference in SLC. The condo is reasonably priced and has a great kitchen which was a big help as we didn't want to dine out every meal. Sonia was very responsive. My only suggestion would be for better check-in instructions. It took a while to find the right entrance/keybox.

Andrew and his fiance were wonderful guests! Their communication skills were great, took good care of my property, Door, and windows close. They are always welcome to come back.
Thank you for your review, and very grateful for their suggestion.
Sonia was a fabulous host! Listing was exactly like she described! Not sure what was wrong with the other reviews because the condo could not have been more quiet! Only saw a few other people and never heard any noise.
Only suggestion for future guests: bring your own hair dryer. I didn't notice that it wasn't listed in the description.
FYI we Uber'd everwhere. Costs us between 10-17 for one way to downtown. Much cheaper than renting a car.
Thanks, Sonia for a great stay and being so responsive to my calls and texts!

Thank you so much Elizabeth for your honest review, You were a wonderful guest, took good care of my condominium, and follow all the rules.
Your communication skills were wonderful, You are always welcome to come back, as 5-star guests.
I initially booked the property for 2 weeks and then I added a third week. The check-in process had a simple flaw, but the owner was there to make sure my personal code work. After that had no problems getting in and out of the building or the apartment. The apartment was really clean, and there was everything you could possibly need for personal convenience. I did select I wanted an iron and ironing board and there was not one there and the only immediately went out and purchased them and brought it to me. There was foot traffic above me but that did not bother me. Parking was not an issue and I've had a spot in front of the building my entire stay. There is plenty of parking. The neighborhood was very quiet and I felt safe parking my vehicle on the street. I would have rented it for another week but someone beat me to it. In the future I would definitely rent this place again if available. I was very satisfied with this reservation.

Don’t waste your money -SONIA WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN
Not a fan but to each their own. Super complicated to find what building you’re going to and to check in. High price for the area of town and quality of place you stay in. The entire inside of the complex and condo itself stinks. Kids upstairs ran around up until Midnight, sounded like Olympic track training the entire time and super disruptive.
Also, I had to check out early due to snow storm, was told by Sonia that she would refund me. Then she ghosted me. THEN when she finally texts me back a week later, she was extremely rude, then proceeded to block my number when I simply asked what the status of my refund was.
Once I finally received the refund, it was much less than what she told me she would give me back.
Unless you want to get robbed of your money, DON’T STAY HERE

Jenna --- All this really nasty review because of $10?
Unbelievable!!!!
You received $10 less because of an error from Vrbo Customer services, they handle the refund for me, and I didn't even notice the $10 difference until I started receiving texts from you threatening to leave me a bad review if I didn't send immediately the additional $10. Sorry, I was in the hospital and I could answer phone calls for most of the day. I wanted to remind you, Jenna, I was under no obligation to refund you any money [according to Vrbo policy,] I did it because I feel sorry for you. To all the hostesses out there this lady will leave the door and windows open just like she did on my property.

Noise from condo above
From the time I checked in there was a lot of really loud banging coming from the condo above that continued late into the evening. On the second night I simply knocked on the door of the unit upstairs and ask if anything could be done about the banging. The person was very friendly and admitted that their child was very loud. Prior to visiting the neighbor upstairs I asked the host to visit them and they said they couldn't. It was better that night but The noise returned and I slept very little. The host told me if I had a problem with noise I shouldn't book a condo. I've booked many condos and stayed in many motels in my 64 years but this was the most loud and consistent noise I can remember experiencing. Other than the noise the place was okay. I didn't see other complaints about noise but I didn't look that closely. Maybe this was an isolated incident.

To all the hostesses out there PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't do business with guy (he keeps changing his name), he is by far the worst guest I ever come across (and I am a super host on several platforms for short-term leases). Since day one he has had complaints after complaints. Noise, parking, TV. Nothing was good enough for him; I offered him to leave my property and I just charged one night, BUT he wants a full refund! He was looking for a FREE stay even at the end of his stay.
About the noise, I told him, there was nothing I could do since it was a disabled child (recently moved in) and we had to follow the rules and involve the HOA, but he ignored the procedure and went and talked to the mother. Now the mother of this child is claiming this guy was harassing her and her child for 3 days; First banging the walls and then complaining to the mother.
He kept mentioning he wanted to leave for a full refund, but after 3 days of stay why would he want a full refund? I refunded the 4 day
because I was tired of his nonsense, so the refund was $ 79 and he wants a $100.
This is an isolated incident that could be void if this guy just followed the rules but he didn't and with his defiance aptitude, he created a major problem now.
I am very proud of being a Super host for 3 consecutive years, I do my absolute best for my guests to feel at home, but guests like this guy, make me wonder if I should leave the platform.
I was in town for a sports tournament. I was travelling alone and meeting up with a group, and took some time to do some sightseeing. The owner communicated well, checking in that everything was o.k. a number of times, sent detailed instructions on how to access the property, and quickly answered a couple of questions I had.
The condo was great for a single person. Full sized fridge to keep some food, space in the kitchen to cook or prepare food with a view into the living room area. I did meet up with my son for the last night and he stayed over and it was good, but I'd guess if we were spending a lot of time inside or if it was sharing a place with with someone besides family or a good friend, it might be a bit small. The air conditioning works extremely well - I keep my place warm during the summer at home and was shivering when I got in, but bumped the thermostat about 15 degrees higher and it was super comfortable.
The location was pretty good. I'd never been to Salt Lake City before, so I was unfamiliar with the layout. The immediate area is nice and seemed safe walking at night. Very residential area, and quiet. I used public transport most of the time, and it was about a 5-8 minute walk to a bus that was maybe 15 minutes to downtown, or a 8-10 minute walk to the green line train to head one stop to the airport or directly downtown. If you have a car, the whole city is accessible pretty easily from this location. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby too.
