The property met the description listed online perfectly which made it perfect for a trip into Phoenix for a few days. The manager was also prompt to respond to questions leading up to the trip and graciously adjusted my stay when travel arrangements were altered due to inclement weather. I would stay here again.
My first and best vrbo experience. Host was wonderful. I was not familiar with the area. It was maybe not the best neighborhood but it was a quiet street off the main part of the city with families and an elementary school, safe and pleasant, kids playing outside, families. Everyone minding their own business. I stayed at least 2 weeks Lovely without issues.
It was a good private place to stay for one night. Seemed a bit cramped with three of us. But we managed to make work. Everything was clean. Beds were a bit to soft for our liking but managed to get sleep.
We had a great stay here! The neighborhood is very friendly. We talked with some locals and they told us about a farmers market and local vendors that come around on Saturday mornings. Really enjoyed the patio in the backyard. The home was very clean and had everything laid out for us. Allison responds very quickly and has been wonderful. I would definitely recommend this cute home!
Cozy cottage in a nice quiet neighbor. Very homey deco. Had everything we needed. Excellent communication with owner. Quick response to all questions

Property needs attention
House is in an upcoming Phoenix neighborhood, a good location. However, there are area of mold in the bathroom and rugs without antiskid protection. Bedrooms are small, typical of older homes in that era. In both bedrooms the beds are very close to left side bedroom walls and may be difficult to exit for some older adults. Home not recommended for people requiring walking aids. The backyard is fenced but unkept. Side yard fence is only three feet high, not recommended for large dog security. The owner was very accommodating when certain considerations were required. This house simply needs more attention to details.
The property itself is not bad. A bit overpriced for this location. I had originally scheduled to bring my dogs with me and didn't bring them after all. I was chargeda fee for the dogs plus an additional deposit which was not listed when booking. The explanation was for only
for a certain refundable deposit. I did call the owner and she was a little bothered not sure if it was due to being Thanksgiving week to please refund my deposits. I won't be booking at this location again, though I don't want to deter anyone from staying here. The beds are comfortable and the place is quaint. The owner should describe any additional details regarding deposits for pets and additional deposits. I did send pictures to the owner to provide them photos as to how to we left the property after our stay. We cleaned up to ensure the property was left impeccable.

A Truthful Review: BEWARE
Based on the past reviews of this property we decided to stay at this location. However, the reviews were not at all accurate. While the house itself was clean and the living room area was furnished well the rest of the house was not deserving of the high ratings this house received. One review did mention a soft bed in the ensuite bedroom. That was an understatement. The bed was so soft and so lumpy two people would sink in to the middle. The bed creaked horribly whenever you moved. Totally unacceptable sleeping accommodation. This bed needs to be replaced. The bathroom drains all were backed up. We showered in 2-3 inches of water each night. The property management did not come out to fix the problem for 2 days. The kitchen was lacking in basics: no overhead vent lights (bulbs were missing), no foil or plastic wrap provided for leftover food and on the last night the washer/dryer area leaked during a rainstorm, the floor became wet. For those of you traveling with pets or children, BEWARE, the backyard is littered with cat/dog feces and glass. I've included a photo of the glass and rusty pieces of metal I picked up in just the first 15 minutes of inspecting the backyard. Unacceptable and filthy for pets or kids. This neighborhood is sketchy, there are homeless around the area. I would not recommend this property at all. I contacted Allison the property manager on our last day there, I have had NO response from her about these abysmal conditions.
