Southbay by the Gulf, is a quaint little townhome community located on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This secluded property offers such a variety of vacation homes; you will be drawn back, time after memorable time. Our units feature private patios to enjoy beautiful views from. Southbay has 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools; we heat the south pool seasonally. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds, fish and turtles.

*7 night minimum (Saturday - Saturday) Memorial Day - Labor Day / Spring Break & Fall Break*

This VRBO was perfect for us being right on the beach! I was a little worried with the master being on the top 3rd floor and other bedrooms being on the 1st floor. But we all had the best time! We will for sure be back!

We like that the property was right on thr beach. Upon arrival the home smelled very strong like bug spray inside. We found a live roach that was trying to die on the kitchen floor. The floors were still kinda dirty and couch looked like it was on its last leg. We felt the need to wash the dishes before we used them since seeing the roach. We didn’t have any other issues. We would prefer to stay at one right on the beach that was totally upgraded

Great location on the beach

Great townhome right on the water. Everything worked great minus the sliding door on the master bedroom. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.
