Urban Paradise

A unique property of 3/4 acre where you can enjoy nature in the city. Just 5 minutes from the airport, beaches, restaurants and night life. Short commute to Old San Juan and even El Yunque Rainforest. The main house consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with capacity for 16 guests. Guest house has 2 bedrooms, kitchenette and a bath. Heated pool, cinema, gazebo, pool table and basketball. Additional guests allowed for a separate fee. Great family/friends place with lots of room for fun!!!

Heated pool, home cinema, gazebo, pool table, outdoor shower and basketball hoop. Enormous living room, kitchen and dining room. Great outdoors and plenty of space. 3/4 of acre.

Guest can use the entire place. Gate code and lockbox code to be provided for easy access to the property

Wonderful

Our stay was relaxing. We enjoyed the pool which stayed warm morning and evening. We needed a place to unwind; this was great. We were close to the airport, the grocery store and local restaurants. Nothing was missed.

It was sufficient for the most part. But oven n microwave needs to be updated as well as the washer n dryer. Took forever to get the washing machine to work.

Family stay near San Juan

We had a great vacation week in this house. There was plenty of room for our 10 family members with adult children. The living room, dining room and kitchen were spacious and the outdoor space by the pool was great for hanging out and spending time together. Wilmel was very responsive. We had a little trouble with the washing machine and one of the doors to the outdoor space and he sent workers out the same day to fix the problems. We rented cars and it was easy to get in and out of San Juan and to local beaches in 10-15 minutes. Overall it was a great stay.
