Located steps to the harbor, shops, restaurants, art galleries, Shalin Lui theater and walking distance to Front Beach and Old Garden Beach- you can park your car and enjoy walking to everything! Wicked Place!

What an awesome aka WICKED step back in time at The Orca and with every modern convenience. I really enjoyed my stay! The JAWS touch for a huge fan like myself was great. Great place to relax and soak in the NE Charm and the area is soaked in rich history.

Fabulous spot

We had a wonderful last-minute getaway for one night here. We had two adults and a young child and had plenty of space. The property was well-appointed with many thoughtful touches. Being right in the heart of bearskin neck was the best. We got ice cream and strolled back around the corner to our small front patio to eat comfortably. I didn't think many shops would be open in mid May, but there were plenty of places to shop and eat. Plus, street parking before April 15 is free. The Orca was a wonderful place to stay and we are already recommending it to friends!

Located in the former Sail Loft- this building oozes with history and charm you won't find anywhere else! Sails once stretched and were mended in this building and the open beams tell the story of this fishing village.

The location can not be any better! Walk to everything in Rockport from the house. Located in the heart of Bearskin Neck. This apartment is in the prime location for your vacation. Walk to beaches, galleries, shops, dining, Sandy Bay Yacht Club, Shalin Lui Theatre and everything Rockport has to offer.
