Lovely, historical building within easy walking distance of the Rockport shops. It was clean and bright and well appointed. Plenty of parking behind the house. I highly recommend this property. Keep in mind, this is a 2nd floor apartment and the stairs are somewhat narrow and steep so might not be suitable for someone with significant mobility issues. Otherwise, great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this historic home in Rockport, MA. The unit is the second floor of the house, all on one level once you are inside. Everything was spotlessly clean and modern, as accurately depicted in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C was top notch, keeping the unit very cool during our warm August trip -- though there are also fabulous modern heaters in the bathrooms, which we loved. The house is very conveniently located within just a few blocks of the wharf and downtown area of Rockport. We really didn't need a car at all, but having a dedicated parking lot was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for the lovely review of BROADWAY 2. Glad the historic home, second-floor single-level layout, and spotlessly clean, modern unit matched the photos. Happy the beds, A/C, and bathroom heaters kept you comfortable during your August stay. Glad the walkable location to the wharf and downtown and the dedicated parking were helpful. You’re welcome back anytime!
