About this property

Directly across from the beach!

Welcome to our home. Portside Resort boasts 3 pools (one heated seasonally), hot tub, tennis courts, community center with games and beautiful landscaping throughout. Our condo was renovated from top to bottom in 2022. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need to make a home cooked meal while you're staying with us. The condo is equipped with a full washer and dryer. Upstairs there are two bedrooms- one with a king bed and the other with two full beds. Aside from these sleeping arrangements, there's also a full-size sleeper sofa on the ground floor. On both the ground floor and off the main bedroom, there is outside seating. Take one of your home cooked meals out to the porch and enjoy some quiet time while surrounded by palm trees!

All you need is your toothbrush as our condo is beach ready! We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and much more! We are directly across the street from the beach access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

While there are many things we love about the condo, the location is the best! We are down at the west end of the beach which we feel is quieter and family friendly. The resort itself has so many amenities to offer that you'll always be able to find something to fill your day. We've made the inside of the condo to feel just like you are at home. We're stocked with games and plenty of activities to do inside on a rainy day. Since we have children of our own, we want to share our special family getaway with others who are looking to spend some quality family time together.

We are about a mile about from Pier Park which is filled with several restaurants, shops and fun family activities!

Beautiful expertly decorated, exceptionally comfortable townhome.

This was a trip for me and two girlfriends to celebrate birthdays. Katie from the get go was so helpful and kind. She communicated immediately and constantly and aimed to make this a fun and comfortable trip for us girls. She even gave us a little gift upon check in. The townhome was BEAUTIFUL! I felt like I walked into a home on HGTV. All the little details were perfect. Everything is there. Also it’s across the street from the beach access 71. There was plenty of parking and the pools were beautiful. Everything was amazing and perfect and we will return very soon! Thank you Katie! You are the perfect host! I can’t wait to come back!

It's been a dream of ours to own a vacation home in Florida. For years we've been searching and in 2022 we made the plunge. I grew up vacationing in PCB and I'm so excited to share these memories with my family. My husband and I have 3 boys so our condo is set up to entertain families.

Why they chose this property

While we were searching for the perfect spot, we didn't know exactly what we wanted but we knew what we didn't want. I didn't want to fight for an elevator to get to my room, I didn't want to lug groceries up an elevator every time we ran out, I didn't want a beach area that was out of control I didn't want to send in traffic just to pull out of my unit, I didn't want to have to wait hours (yes, hours) to find a parking spot.
When we came across this unit, I knew it was for us! Dedicated parking right in front of our condo, quiet beach, plenty of room for the whole family and all the amenities we could dream of.
