This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is located on the beautiful Emerald Coast and offers stunning coastline views from its private balcony. Magnolia House 408 is fully furnished and well-appointed, with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with high-quality linens and plenty of pillows. The bathroom is modern, with a spacious shower and all the necessary amenities.
The living area includes a cozy sofa that pulls into a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and cookware to make delicious meals during your stay.
In addition to the beautiful views and comfortable living spaces, the condo offers a variety of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. You’ll have two beach access points on the Gulf and Destin’s East Pass and a beach tram(March-October), making it easy to get to and from the shore. You’ll also have access to two adult bicycles, perfect for exploring the area on a sunny day.
If you want to stay active during your vacation, the onsite office fitness center is equipped with all the necessary equipment for a full workout. Additionally, two resort pools, tennis and pickleball courts, are available for your use.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia House, especially the views. This particular unit was nice but we didn’t love the bed with the mattress topper and this may just be a personal preference. The bathroom could really use redoing. We loved the tall chairs on the porch and sat in them every day. We will definitely stay at the Magnolia House again but may look at a different unit.

One of the things we didn’t care for that when we have stayed at the Magnolia House before the condo we better stocked like 408 didn’t have extra trash bags, just two towels and wash cloths, no stuff line salt or pepper

Birthday/Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals! Our condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable! What we loved the most was the amazing view of the ocean, sand dunes and pool deck below! We enjoyed coffee on our balcony every morning and cocktails/wine every afternoon/evening! It was an amazing time…thanks!
