Close proximity: 20 min to most ski resorts, 15 min to downtown/convention center, 8 min to IMC hospital, 5 min to St Mark's hospital, 20 min to UofU hospital, walking distance to bus station that can take to track station to connect to downtown or other cities and supermarket. Quiet and comfortable. No pets or smoking allowed. Free parking for ONE car, high speed Fiber internet connection (1GB). One bedroom with king bed and second bedroom set up for office space with suggested set up as on pictures. Unit can intended for 2 adults. The host reserves the right to modify/replace furniture/appliances/sheets and linens without notice but maintaining overall appearance of the unit as advertised.
