Sunset Rentals | Island Club 5104

5104 Island Club is the idyllic place for your next family vacation. This single level, 1st floor oceanfront condo provides easy access to the beach and Island Club amenities straight from the back porch!

The open-concept floor plan features ceramic flooring in all common area. Relax in the comfortable living area featuring plenty of seating, a 42” flat screen and access to the private deck. The dining area seats 6 guests with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. The fully stocked, recently renovated, kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze! The kitchen features ceramic tiles, stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet and counter space.

The main bedroom is located just off the living area and features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The first guest room has a queen and a twin bed, as well as a flat screen TV and access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest room features two queen size beds, a flat screen TV and access to a private porch overlooking the Island Club playground. This room has a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Island Club HOA permits parking for 1 vehicle per unit.

The property was clean, very well stocked and so conviently located to everything our family needed. Ample space provided 3 generations to spread out while all being under one roof. The bonus supply closet allowed our kids to have a little extra fun with beach gear and games. The only areas of improvement would be the floors seemed to be in need of a good mopping and hot water took a bit longer to get in the primary bath. But all in all, we had a wonderful time and the property was great!

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation and this unit fulfilled all of our needs with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, washer/dryer, and all the other amenities it provided. Our party was all adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. Unit was clean and as presented in the online photos. Super convenient being on the first floor, easy beach access from the patio or the front door, and even though it was on the first floor you could still see the ocean and the daily sunrise came right in the unit. This was a really good unit and I would recommend it to others and we are hopeful to be blessed enough to be able to stay again in the future.

Best location at the Island Club!

We loved being on the ground floor, just a few steps away from the playground and the beach. And this unit has enough space for our whole family - mom and dad, two grandparents and five kids! Plenty of room and lots of togetherness. The veneer/facing on the cabinets in the kitchen was coming off in a few places. May be time soon to replace - there was one place where the door and cabinet kept rubbing against each other every time one was opened. This was our second summer to stay in this condo, and I am sure we will be back!
