It is located close to downtown. The place is newly built and clean as of 9/2023. There are 3 balconies which look out onto the bay. The rooms are pretty spacious and nice.

The condo was as pictured on Vrbo. The unit looks brand new and has a great view of the bay! It is across Bay Street from US 31 but my wife and I did not have any noise issues. The location is close to everything. We are already thinking about returning.

The property was exactly as described and had the wow factor when we entered. I would stay at this place again. Great location. The only complaint is the property manager never responded to a question I had; I received a text that someone would respond but I'm still waiting. That aside no complaints.
