There's a full size side by side washer and dryer, office space with a large desk available in the guest bedroom and an enclosed garage for 1 car. Other vehicle may park on the driveway.
Be as involved as you like in this active 55+ community. You'll see the community club house and golf course are beautifully maintained. And the location in upscale South Chandler has wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. It's truly a welcoming home and community.
This is strictly a non-smoking home. Not even on the back patio.
