Guest Bedrooms: One guest room with a king bed and another with two queen beds, both with their own TVs for added comfort.

Living & Dining: An inviting living area with plenty of seating, a large Smart TV, plus direct balcony access. Enjoy meals together at the dining table for six, grab a quick snack at the breakfast bar for two, or dine outdoors in the fresh sea air.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, utensils, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers—perfect for everything from quick bites to full family dinners.

Conveniences: Keyless entry, full-sized washer and dryer, and an iron with ironing board to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Important Information for Your Stay:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book this property.

Maximum of 8 guests.

For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the Condo and on the balcony. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal substances of any kind are strictly prohibited and violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Vehicles parked on the property must display a Guest Registration Certificate (GRC), available for purchase upon arrival for $50 per vehicle at the security booth. Summer House enforces a strict two-vehicle limit per unit. Overflow parking is available across the street next to the administration offices.

Pets are not allowed on property for guests and renters, per Summer House Association policy.

We take pride in providing a clean and well-maintained property and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

Booking and Payment Details:
A $250 security deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of checkout, provided there are no damages or missing items.

Full payment of rental fees is due 60 days prior to the check-in date. For reservations made within 30 days of the check-in date, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Our Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date.
