This New Duplex Construction home offers you 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with high ceilings. The kitchen is well stocked and ready to serve you and your family. A BBQ grill is located in the backyard and an air fryer with a grill option is also available. There is a screen lanai area with seating available to enjoy your morning coffee.
The living area is a shared open space with the kitchen and dining area. In the media center you will find board and card games to enjoy with your family.
The laundry space has a new washer and dryer with complimentary detergent.
The Family Home will serve you for comfort , just like home. Within 12 min you can be at several beaches, fishing areas and golf courses. We provide 2 beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a soft sided cooler bag.
