I enjoyed my stay but it was cut short by Mother Nature and that’s no fault of the property or host. I’ll try again next time I need to be in Indy.

Amazing Property and Host

This property is absolutely beautiful. It is a good size being only a studio. I had a little hiccup with checkin at arrival and Peyton was so awesome in giving me a late checkout for it. She was very sweet and knowledgeable of where to go and what to do in the area! I will definitely stay here again if in the area!

This property was a pleasant stay for 3 days while we explored Indianapolis. Walking distance or a short cab ride to the start of downtown. Suite is very nice, comfortable bedding and very clean. Everything you need for a short stay. Property management was very accommodating, great communication. Thanks for having us.

Perfect home base for DCI finals

My husband and I prefer having a homey environment over a hotel and this was perfect. It was close to a great coffee shop, not too far from Lucas Oil, and was a comfortable place to hang out between events and sleep at night. As a note only, not a criticism, my husband has some Mobility issues and we were surprised by the unpaved path and slightly steep stairs to the entrance. Not a big deal to most, and we made it work, but I wanted to offer that heads up to anyone who may need to know.

Decent

The house was nice could use some lights in walk way and o get to stairs. There metal sticking out of the ground you can trip on so maybe add some stepping stones. The ice maker on the fridge makes noises all through the night as it runs which is hard to sleep with.
