Visited friends who purchased a home in The National, we stayed in a very nice 2 bedroom condo. Very clean and comfy, close to the Clubhouse and really nice pool with table side restaurant and bar. The weather was picture perfect. Close to town and grocery store! Great trip!

Host emailed and texted and called consistently over and over and over again to the point that it was too much. The gatehouse was confusing, confusing, and inconsistent.The shower in the master bathroom was dirty and full of hair that was not mine. The bed in the master bedroom was hard as a rock and gave my husband and I both backaches. The bedding was cheap polyester so it was very hot and did not breathe at all. The towels were like sandpaper there was no Kleenex provided and no information regarding the clubhouse and restaurant. We walked all the way down there and it was closed after a long day of moving our son into college. Overall, for the price, it was very disappointing. They did have a beautiful view over the golf course and we saw some amazing wildlife, but we will not be staying there again.

The accommodations were suitable for our stay. I enjoyed the keypad door access as it worked quite well. The mattress was very comfortable. The lanai was great to enjoy and it was fun to see golfers teeing off on the 15th hole. The kitchen had adequate appliances, utensils, and dishes. There were various spices and oils for cooking and garbage bags, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent which was greatly appreciated. This condo is part of a 30-unit building. While we did hear others once-in-a-while, it was very quiet.

Peaceful and relaxing

Enjoyed the lanai on the 14th green on the pond with a lot of wildlife. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Host was very accommodating. Nice place to stay. Very nice golf course.

Relaxing getaway

Waking up every morning, having a cup of freshly brewed coffee from the Nespresso and relaxing on the screened lanai was a highlight of our stay at this lovely condo. And did I mention how attentive the Property Mgr. was for us! This is an attractively decorated and very clean condo.

Ave Maria Spring 2023

This condo was great - it was conveniently located, since we were visiting family at Ave Maria University. It was a beautiful place. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and beauty of the location. Stayed to enjoy visit with family and nice weather

The property was very clean and well kept. The property manager was very friendly and readily available to answer a few miscellaneous questions that we had. The location of the property was great, and the first floor allowed for easy access without climbing any steps. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances, dinnerware, and such. The linens and towels were quality. The view out the living / dining area and lanai was very beautiful and peaceful.
