Beautiful Home on water with heated pool

Beautiful home on a canal with a heated pool. Host was amazing! She checked on us and was quick with a reply with any questions we had. House had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here! Thanks for a great stay!!

The home is beautifully decorated and updated.The owner checked in from time to time confirming that everything was just right. The home is in a quiet neighborhood the pool is area was maintained.

Whichever is the reason that brings you to our Villa, we hope that you find it comfortable, relaxing and inspiring. Every room was carefully curated to be functional, and feel welcoming and cozy. We hope you get to experienced it!

Fun fact about Villa Vianni:
Its name comes from the combination of our daughters' first names (Victoria & Annika).
They are our inspirations for everything we do.

Why they chose this property

My family and I fell in love with this Cape Coral during Covid, we traveled to this wonderful city many times and decided to get a second home here to create something special for our family and share it with others.
