Private small to medium-sized car garage. This unique and private space is shockingly gorgeous!

This one was challenging and unique - a 'Barn' that accommodated parking up to 4 cars, located on a beautiful lot right in the middle of the Franklin District. So fun to create a dream space in this stand-alone barn. Full kitchen, full bath with separate soaking tub and shower, huge bedroom with 60" Flat Screen TV, couch, sitting chair, work space with monitor, and adjustable Queen bed. Stand-alone unit with its own private garage and gated yard. I think you'll love this space.

The Franklin District is a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Provo, Pioneer Park (and Farmer's Market), the City Center Temple, the Train Station, and an abundance of shopping, services and restaurants. Very convenient to the Freeway, UVU and BYU.

What makes this property unique

My latest project - I bought a lot with an old barn/garage with attic. I built a duplex on the lot, renovated the barn into a 2-car garage + 2-story studio. One garage space is dedicated to the studio and the other to storage, so there's never any noise from automatic garage doors opening. Access via privately assigned door codes.
